Plux Mobile Application — Privacy Policy (Thailand)
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how the Plux mobile application (“Plux,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all users of the Plux App and governs all personal data collected, used, or disclosed in connection with the App’s services, in accordance with Thai law including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only as necessary to operate and improve our services:
- Account Information: name, phone number, email, and password.
- Payment Information: transaction details processed by authorized payment providers (credit-card data are never stored by us).
- Device & Technical Information: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, crash logs, diagnostics, and App performance data.
- Location Data: approximate or precise location (only with your explicit consent) to display nearby charging stations.
- Service Usage Data: session history, charging activity, and preferences related to your EV charging experience.
- Customer Support Information: inquiries, feedback, or messages sent to our support team.
The App does not access photos, contacts, microphone, or other personal content without your consent.
We do not link any collected information (such as diagnostics or crash logs) to individual user identities. All analytics data is used solely in aggregate form.
3. Purpose of Processing
- Provide and improve App functionality and reliability.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts securely.
- Process payments and generate transaction records.
- Display nearby EV chargers and enable navigation.
- Offer customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Analyze aggregated usage trends to improve performance.
- Fulfill legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal Basis
- Your consent (e.g., for accessing location).
- Contract necessity to deliver requested services.
- Legal obligations such as accounting or tax.
- Legitimate interests like fraud prevention or service improvement.
5. Disclosure of Information
Data may be shared only with:
- Payment service providers to complete transactions.
- Cloud or technical vendors under confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
- Business partners (e.g., site owners or charging-network operators) as necessary to provide linked services.
- Government or regulatory authorities, when legally required.
We do not sell, trade, or rent user data to third parties.
6. Data Retention and Storage
Data is stored on secure servers with access controls and encryption. We retain information only as long as necessary for service provision or legal compliance. After that period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Although no system is completely secure, we continuously enhance our security practices to meet industry standards.
8. User Rights (PDPA)
Under the Thai PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request deletion when data is no longer required.
- Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
- Request data portability, where applicable.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Plux App does not use cookies or any tracking technologies. We do not collect information through cookies, SDKs, or analytics tools.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App and its services are intended for general audiences and are not specifically directed toward children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 without parental consent.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
